Our Services

At Milestone Psychiatry, we specialize in psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Our approach is rooted in individualized care. We recognize that no two people are alike, and we tailor each treatment plan based on your unique symptoms, goals, and personal history.

Our practice is made up of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) who are trained and experienced in diagnosing and managing a wide range of mental health conditions through the use of psychotropic medications and supportive psychoeducation.

We welcome patients ages 5 and older and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to ensure accessibility and continuity of care.

We are not a crisis intervention facility. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), text 741-741, or go to the nearest emergency room. For medical emergencies, call 911.

Milestone Psychiatry offers secure telehealth appointments via the HIPAA-compliant platform TherapyNotes. Telepsychiatry allows you to receive psychiatric care from the comfort of your home while maintaining privacy and convenience.

All services available in-person including evaluations and medication management can also be provided via telehealth, depending on clinical appropriateness and state guidelines. Telehealth is available to patients located in Colorado at the time of the appointment.
